Shanti Yoga Shala is a Vinyasa Yoga Studio in Uptown New Orleans.
Our yoga teachers are mostly trained in Los Angeles, California, in Vinyasa Yoga style.
Our studio is the only studio in NOLA to offer SmartFLOW classes.
From yoga basics to advanced yoga. To help deepen your practice, we also offer private yoga classes, workshops and a 200 hours – Yoga Alliance Registered - Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.
Our 200 hours teacher training begins in August 2013 (please email shantiyoganola@gmail.com if you like more info about our teacher training).
We are located between Napoleon and Louisiana, across the street from Ace Hardware, our cross street is Foucher St. and we have plenty of street parking.
